In the saline lagoon (the Bodden area between Rerik Baltic Seaside Resort and Poel Baltic Sea Island ), which is still touted as an inside tip, you will find an area that is well suited for beginners and for advanced-level canoeing as well.
During 3 – 4 days (about 10 lessons), your surfing coach Henning will give you introductory instructions on theory, material knowledge and safety precautions in order to then go into the water on the surfboard with you.

Everything you need for surfing will be at your disposal on the spot … material for any size and width is available for you.

The basic course takes place for 2 or more people – and there is a maximum of 8 participants on a course.

Of course, you must pay attention to the weather – neither storm or calm are good companions; but this rarely happens.

You will be accommodated in a guest house right by the surfing area. A nice room inclusive of breakfast will be at your disposal for 3 overnight stays. From here barbecues, campfires, and if you should have time: visits to the Rerik and Kühlungsborn Baltic Seaside Resorts or to Poel Baltic Sea Island are possible for you.
