Holidays for all the family in a thatched cottage in a holiday park near Warnemünde Seaside Resort

A park of holiday homes in the small holiday village of Börgerende , inaugurated in July 2003 with luxurious newly-built semi-detached brightly-coloured houses and thatched roofs, only 200 m from the natural Baltic Sea bathing beach, which partly consists of a shingle beach. The former Börgerende fishing village is located between Heiligendamm Seaside Health Resort (3 km away) & Warnemünde (7 km away) Baltic Seaside Resorts with their wide sandy Baltic Sea beaches, long beach promenades, cafés, fishing pubs & restaurants. Börgerende is a wonderful point of departure for extended walks and bicycle trips on the Baltic Sea cycle-path along the coast.

In the village: you will find a bakery & small grocery shop, cafés, restaurants, bicycle & boat rental, a pottery, a fishmonger’s selling fresh & smoked fish, a children’s playground, crazy golf facilities, a camping site as well as a tourist information office. There are good shopping facilities in the cathedral town of Bad Doberan (6 km away) (Baltic Seaside health resort). The Baltic Seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn (12 km away) & Warnemünde (7 km away) as well as Rostock Hanseatic City (10 km away) are in the vicinity.

Accommodation: Semi-detached houses with 3 – 6 bedrooms are at your disposal. Each of them has its own entrance, a stove as well as a terrace with garden furniture & barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a living room & bedroom with an open kitchen (providing a dish-washer, microwave, a glass top electric cooker, stove) with a dining table, a seating corner (including a sofa bed) with a wood-burning stove, a television set & radio/CD player. There is a shower/bath with WC and, where possible, a sauna & bathtub, a hall and a storeroom. On the 1 st floor: there are 1 – 3 bedroom(s), a shower/bath with WC and, where possible, a whirlpool. On the attic floor, which can be reached via the bedroom on the 1 st floor by means of a space-saving spiral staircase (Pay attention when you have children under the age of 7 years!): there are 1 – 2 open sleeping galleries with a (futon) double bed. You can rent bed linen as well as a baby bed/highchair .

Additional services: As a well-being offer, you can take advantage of the semi-detached house’s own sauna or whirlpool. Each holiday home is provided with its own parking space.


Youth groups are not welcome.

Environmentally friendly Holidays : The holiday park is supplied with a modern & future orientated energy supply. From 2004, there is the rare opportunity of ascending a wind-driven power station.

Small pets are welcome at a rate of EUR 5.00 a day, but only in holiday homes No 34, 29, 1, 8, 17, 19.
Arrival: at any time, only on Saturdays during peak season 07/07 – 25/08)

Additional costs on the spot: Final cleaning at a price of EUR 60.00 in house A & D an EUR 55.00 in house B & C, cleaning in between (on request) for EUR 31.00
